I have been longing to write this review for a long time now but I keep saying to myself that I'm going to keep using this until I run out and then write the review but it just doesn't seem to be running low which is a good thing I guess. Now time to write what my thoughts are on these three products. I bought these 3 quite a while ago so it's been a good 5 months I have been using them. I went to Clarins raising my concern on how I have an oily T-zone which I know is quite a common concern for many people. I decided to do something about this issue of mine because I hate blotting constantly or even powdering my T-zone because of the powdery look it leaves.
Step 1 >> Gentle Foaming Cleanser - This cleanser has Tamarind and purifying micro-pearls which exfoliates the skin in a gentle way. The micro-pearls doesn't have the sugary exfoliating feeling but instead the pearls are a little bigger so that the whole cleanser turns into a foam rather than the focus being on exfoliating the face. The Tamarind fruit helps to get rid of excess oil that builds up on the face. It helps to free your pores from trapped makeup that our naked eye cannot see. The cleanser is good for combination/oily skin. Now for me this cleanser has worked out well for me. I originally bought this to help reduce the shine from my t-zone and thats exactly what it does. Like any other cleanser you would need to use it often and quite religiously to see some sort of result. Of course for a better result I used the moisturiser too. After cleansing my face I could feel how tight my skin feels. I use this cleanser with my clarisonic mia 2 (click here to see review on the clarionic mia 2) which also helps to exfoliate my face gently.

Step 2 >> Pore Minimizing Serum - This serum works to minimize the pores as well as help with the excess oil on your face. I feel that the serum works brilliantly to mattify the areas where there is too much oil built up. It is a very light serum that is not greasy at all. It quickly sinks into the skin as well.
Step 3 >> Ultra Matte Rebalancing Lotion - The lotion is the last thing I use for my skin care routine which is not my current skin care anymore. I have used these products long enough to give a real review on these. The lotion is also quite light and again not greasy. It works hand-in-hand with the other 2 products above (step 1+2) so they all work similarly to give the best result for the problem area. All these products are for oily/combination skin but I feel that if you have oily skin then these 3 products will do you wonders. The only problem I faced was that when I used these products I felt that my cheeks were looking tight but lacking hydration because of the extra matte look I was achieving using these products. It didn't dry my skin out though. I would definitely recommend these products for those of you who have to deal with shine and oil on their face because these 3 products last so long and also work as well as tightening the skin, BONUS.
Have a happy skin my lovlies.. mwah x
