Hello my lovelies. I have done a quick makeup look here. I was actually off to a party so I decided to show you guys how I achieved this look. It is so quick and simple. The look is to basically look flawless with a bold lip. It is my favourite look which I can never go wrong with. Below I will tell you step by step what I used.
Follow these steps..
STEP 1
I began with the La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo [+] to moisturise my skin. I recently purchased this cream because as you all know and maybe getting bored of hearing I have a problematic skin where I get one too many pimples and it scars so I'm always facing pimples and blemishes and what this product claims to do is help with the appearance of blemishes as well as marks. So them two points put together made me invest in this cream. I bought this from Boots on their introductory price but the usual price is £15.50. It is a 40ml tube and I am well hoping that it helps me. Another good point is that you can wear this under your makeup and the cream doesn't rub off nor move out of its place so yay!
STEP 2
Following on from that I used the Illamasqua Hydra Veil which is a primer. I will shorty be doing a review on this but I have used this primer now a several times and every time I have used it, it has made my face look fab. It is a gel formula so when you apply it on your face it appears really wet and your face looks so shiny so at that point you do not carry on with your makeup. You need to let it set for a minute or so till you feel that it is dry. Once it is dry you can immediately see the result on how smooth your skin looks. It make your complexion look hydrated and not in a greasy way. It is a great product.

STEP 3
Once the primer is dry I then move onto my foundation. I used the Sigma F80 flat kabuki brush which is an amazing brush because of its density. I sprayed a little of M.A.C Fix+ spray onto my brush and then quite quickly dabbed my brush into my foundation and applied across my face. Why I used M.A.C Fix+ spray is so that I can achieve this glowing look that looks flawless and the application of my foundation is also made easier when I use the Fix+ spray. It also makes my foundation lighter. I used my new Chanel Vitalumière foundation which is a beautiful light foundation which can be built for more coverage. The texture of this foundation is really nice and soft. The foundation is not liquidy light but still light.

STEP 4
To conceal I used the collection 2000 lasting perfection concealer. I just don't want to repeat myself but this concealer is so amazing and perfect as mentioned. The concealer comes in 4 shades unfortunately so very limited shades and the shade that I suit best is the darkest shade available which has a grey undertone. What I do to get rid of that grey cast is apply my foundation or a yellow based concealer over the parts where I apply this collection 2000 concealer. This does the job in a great way and looks perfect. Recently that is how I have been covering up my many blemishes I have on my face and believe me, my face looks blemish-less and flawless! I always buff the concealer in with my real techniques deluxe crease brush.
STEP 5
I then move onto doing my eyebrow which I always do after my base. I have been using the Benefit brow zing kit for a long time now. I have the deep shade in this which suits my very dark eyebrow. I use the Real Techniques brow brush to apply this. Although the brow brush is quite thick it does me well because my brows are quite thick. I then use the brow brush with the brow zing kit to define my brows.

STEP 6
To contour I have used the Chanel bronzer which creates this subtle contour and is really easy to blend out. I have done a full review on this bronzer so do look out for that. I used the Real Techniques contour brush for this bronzer. I then buff it out with this brush as well.
STEP 7
I move onto using the sleek face form palette in light. From that palette I used the bronzer using the M.A.C contour brush over the Chanel bronzer to set it. I used the sleek bronzer very lightly as I do not want to wipe away the sun kissed look from the Chanel bronzer.

STEP 8
For my cheeks I have used Chanel Powder blush in 99 Rose Pétale with the little brush provided.
STEP 9
To highlight above my cheek bone I have used M.A.C. Extra Dimension highlighter in Magnetic Appeal with Real Techniques Setting Brush.

STEP 10
To line my lash line I have used Urban Decay 24/7 glide on eye pencil in Perversion which comes out as a really dark black. Just to mention, Urban Decays eye pencil are really soft and mega blendable so you can always use these to smoke out your look.
STEP 11
I then moved onto my false lashes and here I have used the Girls Aloud lashes applied with the duo glue and I can't remember which one I actually used unfortunately. I usually cut off a little of the inner corner of my false lashes so they fit nicely and not too long either.

STEP 12
I powdered my face with Ben Nye Banana powder to matte down the areas with too much shine which is usually around my t-zone.
STEP 13
Finally I finished by applying this lovely shade of pink, a Pro Longwear lip pencil by M.A.C in More To Love. I just applied that all over my lip and because its matte, the stay power is great.
