I'm so excited to be writing this post. As you all know Spring is literally round the corner and even though it's still cold I see some sunlight which is nice when I'm indoor with a heater switched on. The sun and a very encouraging friend of mine (A big shout out to my friend Sufia up North) have given me a kick start to a healthier lifestyle which by the way I am loving. Every morning I start my day with a smoothie which I make on a normal blender. I don't have a smoothie maker and so I use my normal blender which does my job and I get good results although I will invest in a smoothie maker so that I can blend vegetables as well and I won't have no bits to taste but a really smooth smoothie. I cannot express how healthy a smoothie can be for your skin and your body. The benefits are incredible as you get your vitamins, potassium and fibers. Not to mention that it is low in calories and you have a healthy heart too. I will list below the ingredients I used to make this specific smoothie and maybe you can be on your way to making a fruity smoothie too.

Ingredients I Used..
- A handful of frozen mixed berries
- 2 tbls of fat free strawberry yoghurt
- 1 tbls of organic honey
- 1 orange (squeezed the juice out only)
- 1 full mango
- A handful of grapes
- 3/4 of a banana
- You can add a little bit of water if you want the smoothie to be more liquified (optional)
- You can add ice to make it more of a summer smoothie and ice cold too (optional)
