I have never played around with colours like blue on my face so I thought i'de do a makeup look using my favourite blue shade eyeshadow by MAC called Contrast. The look worked out well but I'm sure not whether i'de rock this look else where other than my bedroom where I do my tutorials. You see I just personally think I don't suit eyeshadows! Anyway with this look I paired it with nude lips, subtle contour and no blush nor highlight. I feel that with such bold eyes the rest of the face should be muted for a balanced look. I hope lovelies enjoy this look. As always I have listed below in each step what I used on my face with images.

How I got this look?

STEP 4 - The Makeup Forever HD foundation was the foundation I decided to use and give a try once again and it actually looked quite nice. I applied my foundation with the Real Techniques Stippling brush. | STEP 5 - To conceal under my eye area and my blemishes I used the Kevyn Aucoin Sensual Skin Enhancer with my Real Techniques Base Shadow brush which comes with the eye starter kit.

STEP 6 - I contoured & highlighted my face using the shades within my BBU palette using the Real Techniques foundation brush. I know my BBU palette looks a great mess but as soon as I do one swipe it gets around the edges. | STEP 7 - I then went over my cream contour with the Benefit Hoola bronzer using the Real Techniques Duo-Fiber Limited Edition Contour Brush to set the cream contour in place. | STEP 8 - To set my foundation and everything else so far I used the Ben Nye Banana powder using the Real Techniques Duo-Fiber Limited Edition Face Brush.

STEP 11 - With the MAC brush 239 I picked up the shade Contrast, MAC eyeshadow and applied that all over my lids but keeping it lower than my crease. I then blended that out with a blending brush by crown. I then picked up Deep truth, MAC eyeshadow with a pencil brush by crown and applied that on the outer-v quite lightly. Once again I blended that out but not taking it far above my crease.
