Hello again. This post will be all about my top 5 highlighters that I go for the most and love when it is on. Just to begin with the post, I have a question for you. Is a face ever complete without a highlighter? For me wearing a highlighter is a must and I only wear it on special occasions or when I am going out for a meal in the evening. What a highlighter does is give you this natural glow on the cheek bones so when you turn to your side this lovely glow is visible and looks absolutely beautiful.
So I have 5 different highlighters which are different from one another and also different tones. Maybe there will be one for you to add to your collection.

M.A.C. lustre drops
This is the M.A.C. Lustre Drops in Sun Rush which cost £18.00 from the M.A.C store. This is a liquid formula and comes out very sheer so just perfect for the cheekbones. It adds this lovely JLo glow.
Bobbi Brown shimmer brick
This Shimmer Brick is in the shade Rose and I also have another in Nectar. It is a powder formula and it is a lovely highlighter that can also be used as a blusher but I prefer it as a highlighter. I use all these shades in a swirl and apply it and the effect is so beautiful with different tones. This shimmer brick is priced at £32.
Chanel sheer illuminating fluid
This is a liquid form that is mega liquidy. The shade of this Chanel illuminating fluid is like a very light sun kissed shade which again is really sheer and just perfect for highlighting purposes. On my skin it almost looks the same tone but I like that because if I want to achieve a very subtle highlight on my cheekbones or elsewhere then its great. This highlighter is prices at £32.
Illamasqua Gleam
This Illamasqua Gleam in is the shade Aurora. This is priced at £20. I love this stuff so much. It is a cream formula and it is highly pigmented so this is one of my well used highlighter because of its shade and the way it comes out on my skin. I do have to work this in slightly with my fingers but its worth the time.
The Body Shop tinted glow enhancer
This highlighter by Body Shop is very similar to the shade of the Chanel sheer illuminating fluid however the formula is different. This one is a lot more thicker than the Chanel one but is still a liquid form. This was my very first highlighter I had owned and I still use this. I couldn't find this on their website or in store so I'm guessing they don't do this anymore which is quite sad but I have had this highlighter for many years now so no surprise.
