It really has been like so forever since I've posted a haul. I have invested my money on products but it has been on a few items at a time and wasn't a collective one but hey hey I finally have one that can be called a haul! Okai so I'm gona go through the things I purchased and also leave a link for whatever I can find online. This haul will also include a small review to whatever I can leave a review on.

Ile begin with the new Max Factor Creme Puff blush. This blush is very similar to some of Mac's skin finishes and hourglass ambient blushers too. Their similar because of the multi tonal shades within one blush. I should have swatched this really for you guys to see but oopsy me. A very beautiful amount of pigment that just picks up the perfect amount of product to be applied on the cheeks. When applied it gives this lovely flush of colour so if your one thats heavy handed then this should not be an issue for you as it wouldn't make you look like a clown. It's semi shimmery. I say shimmery and when I read that word it quite quickly puts me off but please audience don't be put off because it's not that kind of a ridiculous shimmer that makes your face look like a disco ball but the kind that adds glow. Another plus is that it doesn't look powdery and thats my worst nightmare ever. Anything powdery only takes away glow which I'm sure you all know by now that me loves glow. They have 6 shades available and all very beautiful and classy.

I'm always skeptical about trying these nail polishes that claim to be velvety etc and I would like to buy not expecting velvet but something of sort that can be very close to velvet in nail polish texture and so in this case I have tried this nail polish and I won't go into much on here because I will put up a post dedicated to this little guy here. Ile give you a full rounder on this one. The colour is so pretty though and Ive noticed something about myself now that I'm typing this bit up. My favourite nail and lip colour is this shade or within that family! Random!

Mannnnn did I have a hefty time trying to take a photo of this tube! I was like all over my room just to take one decent photo of this product thinking it's my lighting but its not me, it's the tube! White on silver… nahh! Not right! Someone who has good vision will have trouble seeing the writing on this tube and you must bear in mind that I have excellent vision and even I found it hard, not so hard under the thunder of lighting in the stores which I don't have at home and I'm guessing a lot of you guys don't either. Moving on. This is basically similar to a highlighter but for all over the face. Theres 2 shades available, one in spectrum which is a white one comparable to Mac strobe cream and the other shade is Ignite comparable to Chanel sheer illuminating fluid. I have the shade spectrum but I was actually after the other shade. I only found out that I picked up the wrong one when I came home to try it out and it was totally the wrong thing but hey never mind. I have tried this out once mixing it with my foundation. It's a nice affordable product to add subtle luminosity to the skin. I like to mix it with my foundation and not any foundation but the ones that give me either a satin or matte finish. I don't like to mix it with my moisturising foundations because I end up looking like a grease pan. I much prefer the mac strobe cream as the consistency is a little thicker and I prefer that but of course thats to personal preference.

Just to reassure you these two are not the same shade although they look very alike and truthfully they are so so similar. One is just slightly darker than the other. The one of the left side is in the shade Canvas and the one on the right is called Rose. Canvas is slightly lighter and Rose is just a little darker but both very beautiful. Absolutely a love for those nude lovers and these can be worn at any time of the day. The packaging is really pretty. Feels nice and light, easy to carry around. The applicator I love so much. It has this flat spongy brush that is sturdy so doesn't move around everywhere but actually gives you a lot of control over the placement of the product.
So the swatch below is a swatch of how it looks once applied and yes it looks glossy but after a couple of minutes ( 3 and a half minutes when I timed it) it dries completely matte. Once it has dried matte on the lips, to me it feels like you have something on your lips and it feels dry and some won't mind that but some will dislike that feeling. I personally don't really mind it so much but it makes me put my lips together constantly. The pigmentation is just perfect, that perfect that one swipe of this on the lips is enough to cover without any patches. It really is so beautiful and has become one of my favourite lip products. I actually love another shade in this which is called Empress, a purply pink shade. I will soon do a post with swatches of these liquid lipsticks as well.

A beautiful shade from the Collection Reverie Parisienne, Spring 2015 collection. The new shade has been added to the velvet luminous matte lip line and must I say just how I have fallen in love with this shade. I haven't yet worn the shade but I am saving it for an April wedding although it may be a good idea to give it a test drive. The shade is called La Romanesque. Although this line is supposed to be matte it is not completely matte. It most definitely does apply smoothly and has this lovely velvety texture to it but with a quick soft blotting on the lips it can quickly mattify the finish of the lipstick. I would say it is satin to matte finish.

So this is creamy lip crayon.. Very creamy and satin finish. A huge huge downside to it. The crayon is shimmery and not all lip products are so bad when they have tiny unnoticable gold particles but this one sadly is very noticable. I actually feel that the shimmering particles are loose candidates parting away from the actual product itself. It's a dissappointment really because I have this in the shade 5 Nude and it is a beautiful shade but the shimmers really did kill it for me.

Moving onto the skincare part of it all. The first one standing in the line (from the left side) is the Aurelia cell repair night oil. This is the first time trying this product and was bought by a reccomendation from a friend. I hold my hands up on this one and got to say how lovely this oil feels on the skin. The bottle is a glass bottle with a droplet and super easy to use for oils. First of all the consistency of the oil is of my preference and so glad it is as well. I don't like my oils to be runny or very watery like and most oils happen to be that way but I can happily say this doesn't fall into that category. The oil has this very subtle lavender fragrance to it that sure isn't offensive. I apply this to clean skin at night using 2-3 drops of it. I massage it in very gently and it quite quickly absorbs into the skin leaving a slight trace on the face but doesn't look greasy or such. When I wake up with this oil worked on my face, my face looks luminous. It brightens my complexion. My skin also feels relaxed with a smooth surface. Overall a brilliant buy and so so happy with the quick results.

Before I tried the Aurelia cell repair night oil I tried the Sarah Chapman overnight oil and I fell in love with this the instant moment I pumped it out from the bottle. The consistency of this was thick and not runny and it was so much easier for me to apply without my face going on this grease mode. The consistency of this oil is much thicker than the Aurelia cell repair night oil, similar to a serum consistency. The question is how much do I love the actual oil working on my skin. Well the answer is so much that this one on this picture is actaully my second purchase! When I wake after this oil has worked it's magic my skin just feels alive and I see no dullness. It feels as though I've had some amazing hours of sleep when in fact I wake up many many times during the night for my little ones night feeds. It plumps my skin and I honestly do love this little guy.

I have in the past done a review all about this mask and how I wasn't such a huge fan. Click here to see the link for that review. I wondered to myself that so many people rave about this so why haven't I done the same or loved it just that little bit! So I said to myself that it deserves another chance so I purchased it again hoping for something to happen. Now I am one who never looks at the mirror and stares at my face for so long to notice anything whether it being makeup or mask but this time round I kept looking at the mirror to see what maybe going on with my skin under this muddy mask. Little did I know but this mask actually drags out the grime from the skin bringing onto the surface. When I first reapplied the mask this time round I saw so much grime on the surface of my skin as it goes really dotty. It was mainly my t-zone area going over a little to my cheek area too. As I have been using the mask the grime has lessened, it's still there mainly around the nose and forehead area but after washing off the mask my skin looks so clean and almost dirt free. I say dirt free and sounds like I have such dirty skin but I really can tell the difference. I am so converted and this will most definitely be repurchased again without second thoughts.

I never really had much passion to try the naked skin foundation by Urban Decay but when I was working there I would constantly swatch it but never actually tried it out when I was there. I should have really because it may have saved me some pennies. When I swatched it, not once but several times the foundation seemed so beautiful every time I would try it but sadly once I had the courage to go and buy the foundation, it didn't tickle my fancy. So the foundation is supposed to look like skin which at some angle it does as it is very light weight. The reason why I bought into it was because it was supposed to be a demi-matte finish leaving a natural luminousity to the face but it was a tad too matte for me. I really dislike matte finishes and matte finishes maybe my best friend in some years time but for now my young skin loves a little glow but this foundation is not cut out for that. I don't have much more to say about this foundation as I need to give it a few more tries before I can give my real opinion on it. I may just have to work with it a little more.
