Step 1 - First thing first on a running bath water I would drop in a lush bath bomb that bombs the bathroom with it's yummy fragrance and makes bath time a pleasure. All you do with this bath bomb is drop into a running bath tub or what I sometimes also do is drop it in once my bath tub is full with water and watch it dissolve away. This bath bomb treat only happens on my special bath times when I know I will be soaked in for more than half an hour.
Step 2 - Before I get myself into the bath I like to wash my face so I am currently using the Liz Earle cleanse and polish hot cloth cleanser using a muslin cloth. This step I do just to prep my skin for the next step by making sure I have no dirt on my skin. Thr cleanser is super relaxing on the skin and gentle to say the least. I end my night using this cleanser and it leaves my skin feeling smooth and nourished balancing out my skin textures.
Step 3 - After the prep of my skin I use the Glamglow thirsty mud hydrating treatment mask. Anything hydrating is right up my ally and this is just one of them. This mask is actually quite similar to the body shop vitamin e sink in moisture mask and a lot cheaper in price as well but the glamglow mask leaves the skin look a lot more glowy and full of moisture but if your budgeted then the body shop mask is top. Whilst sat in the bath I take this moment to apply my mask and add some love to my face.
Step 4 - I still haven't gotten into the bath yet! I then go ahead and wash my hair in the sink with the Ojon damage reverse shampoo which I have left a review about so click here for that.To briefly say the shampoo has worked wonders in my damaged hair and I feel that it has brought my dead hair back to life again. The sadness of treating dark hair to get it lighter! I wash my hair couple of minutes after shampooing it.
Step 5 - I then apply hair mask to deep condition my hair. The hair mask I use it by Vatika, an asian brand which now can be found in some Superdrug stores and is called Vatika naturals egg protein conditioning hair mask. It is so so nourishing this hair mask and honestly my hair feels so clean and hydrated after the treatment. The mask is gloopy and very easy to apply onto hair. The smell of this mask is not to my liking. I love the smell of the herbal essence hair mask but this smell I'm not greatly keen on although it is not offensive or anything of such. I'm just more into sweet smell than the smell of this. Once I have applied the mask on my hair thats when I get into the bath and soak myself in. I keep the mask on my hair for the whole period of my bath time which is about 20-30 minutes.
Step 6 - When I decide to get myself up from the bath, thats when I wash my hair and step 6 applies which is conditioning my hair with the Ojon damage reverse restorative conditioner. As much as I love the Ojon shampoo I love the conditioner just as much and they both work wonderfully on my hair to get rid of the damaged ends. I leave the conditioner in my hair till I have washed my body so after step 7 is completed thats when I wash the conditioner out of my hair thoroughly.
Step 7 - My new body wash discovery and I have been loving this discovery ever so much. It is the Imperial Leather foam burst luxurious body wash and there are different ones in fragrance and colour. My favourite is the bewitching blackberry and wild fig and the moisturising honey and almond milk. The body washes foams up so quickly and a little goes a long way although it is easy to squirt plenty out. These body washes are super affordable and can be bought from boots on offer for 2 for £4! Amazing price right?
Step 8 - This is my final step of my bath time. I use the Ro's argan body conditioner. I have a review on this which I shall leave a link for (click here for review). This product is amazing and what it does is save me time by moisturising my body so I don't need to moisturise again once I am out of the bath. The body conditioner leaves my skin feeling so soft and for me this is a luxury product so I only use this when I'm feeling like I need that little more tlc. It contains oils that are known to moisturise the skin and make it look healthy and it does exactly that. The texture of this is smooth so I can easily grab a little from the tub and apply on the skin. I have to wash this off in the shower but pat dry with towel to dry my body rather than rubbing.
This is how I enjoy my bath time although it all seems long but in real time all these steps take seconds or minutes to do. Do you guys use any of these products?
